Seeking a 3-night weekly stay for $650–$700/month. I typically need Sunday night to Wednesday morning, but I am looking for a host who is flexible if those 2 full days/3 nights shift occasionally, e.g. to Monday night to Thursday morning. Must-Haves:
Private Bath: Essential for my professional routine.
Full Access: Need to use the Kitchen for basic meal prep and Laundry for work clothes.
Location: Prefer Valley Ranch or Las Colinas near I-635 for my weekly Garland commute. I am a clean, quiet professional away 4 days a week. You get a steady, low-impact tenant who pays on time and keeps common areas spotless.
