Needing a roommate ASAP

Description

I live in a two bedroom house with one bathroom has a very spacious living room and dining room with the kitchen. I live in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Joplin but within the Royal Heights area. Needing someone who will be understanding and won't be afraid to get their hands dirty doing various tasks. Average month for rent will be $500 and the down deposit will be at least $100.
Must be friendly with cats and be reliable on time with payments such as rent and utilities.
Rent and utilities are negotiable. This room will not be furnished.
The only pets that will be welcome will be small animals and cats. No dogs.
