Looking for a room around Greenbelt

I am a 30s Female seeking a reasonably priced room. I’d prefer something unfurnished, as I have my own bedroom furniture. I’ve been employed since 2017 with no interruption. My landlord is moving and I need a place by July. I’m quiet and keep to myself. I don’t really have any preferences regarding having a private bathroom. I like all kinds of animals, but don’t have any pets currently, so I’d be okay with a place that doesn’t allow pets. I don’t use any substances. I’d prefer to stay in Greenbelt but would also consider places in surrounding areas such as New Carrollton, Hyattsville, College Park or Lanham. I’m looking for something long-term. Budget is less than $800, including utilities.
