New to town. Seeking 6 months+ room

My name is Rachel. I'm 30, and I'm originally from Portland OR/Vancouver WA and looking to move to the area from the coast. I was just offered a seasonal position at a resort outside of Bend that I am very excited for. I expect that I will be up and out the door fairly early in the mornings for work. My hobbies include arts, nature, and sciences. I am a neat person who enjoys a tidy space. I am very considerate about noise, shared spaces/appliances, respecting schedules and looking for roommates who are similar. I respond well to polite and open communication. Living with people can have its difficulties, but I always for amicable, drama-free conflict resolution. I tend to keep to myself for the most part, but enjoy a friendly hang out every once in a while. My past roommate experiences have all ended on great terms and I'd be happy to provide references. Seeking a LGBTQ friendly space. I'm a handy person and can manage basic home repairs. I'd also be willing to share my professional skills to help with any outdoor/yard work. I expect to be at this job for 6 months minimum. They have expressed that if things go well i might be able to stay on permanently. We can discuss length of stay and preferences.
