Looking for a third person to rent

Looking for a student or professional woman to rent a room plus an office space on the second floor of my home. You will share a bathroom with another person. On the first floor we all share living and dining rooms, kitchen and laundry and basement. We also have front and back large gardens. In the wonderful Elmwood neighborhood near shopping and restaurants, public transportation, Willard Park, walking distance to UC Berkeley and Telegraph Ave. Starting date from June 1 ( can negotiate later date) for at least a year. $1600 including utilities.
