Single man

My ex husband is a middle aged man and dont want to live alone and decided to live in a hotel with his friends unfortunately being on disability and what side work he does that was out of his price ranges especially woth everyone taking advantage of him as he also does house work etc. He can be very helpful around the home but needs a room he can rent where he can feel like he dont need to be scared if alone so to speak. Now days when people have a life scare they tend be get anxiety when they have symptoms etc and just feel better when not living alone, if I had a spare room I'd rent to him unfortunately I dont but he's a good guy and wont be an issue. He lost his long term spine a few yrs back and has been alone since. I just want him to get a place and be happy and not be taken advantage of etc. He has disability so his rent will always be paid no problem.
