my name is Lucija and I am an international student at Utrecht University. I am not going to be in Utrecht during the summer and i am looking for a GIRL, to rent out my room to during July and August 2026. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 person, my roommate. She is Dutch and often goes home during the weekends, and you can have the place to yourself. The apartment is 1,5 km from Utrecht Centraal. It is located on Laan van Nieuw Guinea, Utrecht. It is 2 min walking distance from a small shopping area and a library. It is located 1 min away from a popular beach spot by the canal and 2 min away from Park Oog in Al. The room is 3,5 m x 3,8 m and furnished.
Suitable for students or young professionals. Not suitable for smokers or pets. Price (900€) is including service costs and utilities.
