ISO a room for rent

Hi my name is Rusty and I recently moved back to Charleston. I’m a bartender by trade. I’m hoping to find a room somewhere around James island, west Ashley, Mt Pleasant…just close to the beach if possible. I plan to surf and fish a lot this summer lol. I just turned 50 years old and enjoy the gym, outdoors anything almost, and working on projects. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle and hope to find a roommate that is like minded. Please no drinks (drinks sometimes is okay, just please no daily drinks-you know what I’m talking about), no druggies although I don’t care if you like to 420. I have no pets and it’s just me, however I do have a teenage daughter that I fly in for about a month every summer from out west. She’s super cool and doesn’t cause issues, respectful. If that’s an issue, I can work something out with my oldest daughter that’s here in SC for other arrangements for the time she’s here.
