You’ll be a 15-minute walk to the MSU campus and just 5 minutes from local groceries, food, and coffee. The space is open, light, and functional, featuring a living area with a 65" TV and a wood-burning stove for a cozy Montana feel. The kitchen is fully move-in ready with quality dishes, glassware, and cutlery. You will have your own private, furnished bedroom and share a full bathroom with only one other person. Rent is $850/month and includes high-speed internet, water, sewer, and garbage/recycling. This is a single occupancy rental, and the only split utility is electricity. The home includes an in-unit washer/dryer and ample street parking. We are looking for a responsible housemate who will share in keeping the home clean and respects a non-smoking environment.
