* 2nd floor unit with a balcony
* No pets, please

I like keeping a pretty active, balanced lifestyle - gym after work, beach cruises, hiking, snowboarding, camping, and concerts when I can. I also really enjoy cooking and having a calm, comfortable home to come back to. ⸻ 🌸 What I’m looking for: I’m looking for someone who is: * naturally clean and respectful of shared spaces
* cleans up after themselves right away (kitchen, bathroom, common areas)
* contributes to keeping shared areas generally tidy and comfortable
