Quiet Gentleman Looking for a room.

Hi, my name is Jonathan. I am a 34-year old professional working in the HVAC trade. I'm friendly and quiet. I'm up early for work, and normally to bed early as well. I'm looking for a room to rent for at least 3 months at this time. Move in date ASAP. I have a company work van and personal SUV that I would need parking for. Internet and parking are at the top of my list. My hobbies include video games and anything HVAC related. I even teach HVAC related courses on certain evenings during the week virtually.
