Spacious, furnished, sunny master bedroom available for a single person in a shared house with married couple. 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Winchester Canyon, Goleta. Bedroom comes furnished with a queen-sized bed, built-in wardrobe, large closet, nightstand and lamps. Private en suite bathroom with shower. Access to washer and dryer and shared backyard with hammock. Kitchen includes microwave, dishwasher, gas range, electric oven, fridge. Ample street parking and garage space for bicycle. This home is ideal for a responsible, quiet, clean individual who works outside of the home (no work-from-home please). This home is not a party home and is not alcohol friendly. Some 420 okay but not inside. No pets or children please. Includes utilities and Wi-Fi. One month deposit and references required. We are a happy, friendly, well-adjusted couple in our late 50s who work in and out of the house. Our passions are environmental protection, meditation, reading, cooking, spending time outdoors, e-bikes. We’re open to an occasional meal together or hang-out, but mostly prefer to spend our evenings in the living room.
