The monthly rent is $900 and the room is available on May 1. 1 room is $900 if you want 2 it is $1500 all bills paid except for a $50 Internet fee. We do not have cable. We are offering four individual bedrooms for rent on the second floor, perfect for students or professionals seeking a quiet, respectful environment. The Space: Rooms 1 to 2: $900 each. Located in a shared wing with access to a dedicated kitchen and bathroom. Room 4: $1200 A private “pink room” located on the opposite side of the floor for added privacy. Furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Private Entrance: Easy access without disturbing the main household. Lake Access: Enjoy the peaceful views and surroundings of the private lake. Rental Details: Rent: $900 - $1,200/month (All utilities included). No extra monthly bills! Terms: 6-month minimum lease minimum.
