Friendly roommate? Move in June 1st

Looking for a chill roommate to take a furnished room starting June 1. My current roommate is moving out at the end of May, so the room will be open right after that. The place has a mellow, quiet vibe which is simple, furnished, and easy to settle into. Nothing too fancy but comfortable. Private parking is included, and utilities (water, electricity, gas, WiFi, and trash) are all covered. The only catch is there’s no in‑unit laundry—either we get a portable washer/dryer, or there’s a coin laundry about a mile away. I’m easygoing and looking for someone friendly and respectful who wants a calm, no‑drama living situation. Moving in sooner works great.
