The house is kept cool, clean and quiet. This is a month to month rental. Total Move-in cost is $1,300. This covers first month rent and last month rent, I do not collect any security deposit. Available bedroom includes full size bed and new Beautyrest mattress. Also provided is a Dresser with 2 night stands, 50” Smart Television and Directv receiver w/remote control. Your room has over 150 channels including MLB, NHL, & NBA full season sports packages. Also YouTube Sunday NFL Ticket and Redzone in your room. You will also have your own refrigerator/freezer and will not have to share. I have included pictures of it. There is a $40 (cash) Application fee for background and employment verification. Background and Employment verification Provided and performed by Tri-State Realty. Everyone here gets along well and is very clean and quiet. If you feel like you are a good fit I would love to hear from you. About the roomies: This is a 3 bedroom house with Straight Males Ages 49 to 65. I live in the office/Den and am constantly vacuuming, mopping, and keeping the kitchen, bathroom, Living Room and Laundry room clean for everyone. I have been VERY blessed with very respectful roommates here. Everyone gets along and pitches in to keep things clean and moving smoothly. We are all from Southern California but did not know each other prior. Both current roommates passed background check and have been here without issue, since July 2025. About you: Must have Full time employment 40+ hrs per week outside of this house address 5 days per week. Must have a working vehicle. Must be clean, quiet and respectful. Can’t have any Violent Felonies or Evictions on record. Rules to consider: No pets ever, no kids ever, no visitors ever.
