It is a large room with a shared bathroom. It is 2 miles west of CSULB. MUST be trans friendly as a trans folk live in the apartment. In-unit washer/dryer and 3 guaranteed parking spots.The room is 1500/month for 1 person or 775/month for 2 and we have 1 other person (trans man) in that room.
