My name is Jennifer, and I am the landlord. I have a room available in a 3 bedroom apartment that is occupied by my aunt and uncle both in their 60's and employed. The room has a large closet, windows, and its own fridge. The apartment is super clean and quiet. We would prefer a very respectful and quiet female roommate in her 40's +. No smoking, vaping, unprescribed drugs, weapons, loud noise past reasonable time ( 10 pm to 9Am). No overnight guest without written approval from me.
