Biltmore Condo Room w/ Pool

I’m looking to fill a room in my 2 bed / 2 bath condo in the Biltmore area of Phoenix, available starting June 1st.
Rent is $1,150/month. The location is super central—about 10–15 minutes to Tempe/ASU or GCU, and 15–20 minutes to Scottsdale. Close to spots like Moxie Coffee and Casual Pint, so there’s plenty nearby. The room itself is spacious with great natural light, a mounted TV, and has recently been updated (new carpet and neutral wall color). The condo includes: Community pool Private gas grill + patio Washer/dryer in unit Dishwasher Newly remodeled kitchen Plenty of open parking About me: I’m a filmmaker/video producer—pretty extroverted, easygoing, and respectful of space. I’m down to hang or grab a drink, but also totally fine doing our own thing. No pressure either way. I do have a dog and a cat, both are friendly with people and other animals. Looking for someone clean, easygoing, and respectful of the space. Open to starting with a shorter lease (around 6 months) to make sure it’s a good fit, and happy to extend if it works out.
