looking for female roommate. 2 bed + 2 bath plus loft (gym). Steps from the Jetty and beach!! clean area, no transits, safe, security 24/7 on premises. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views. 4 pools, tennis courts, outdoor gym, cafe (under construction), food trucks, community events. I have a small poodle/chihuahua mix and a couple birds. Me: laid back, non-smoker, occasionally drinks, no drugs. All about work and fitness mostly and maybe some company. Roommate: no smoking in house, no drugs, do as you please. small dog okay! my pup needs a buddy.
