I’m looking for someone to takeover my lease at Theater Street Apartments. Lease is for 1bd 1bath in a 2bd 2bath. Fully furnished, walk in closet, and washer & dryer included. Rent is about $840 after utilities and fees ($790 base rent). The lease is from August 2026 - July 2027. Willing to move out in May if you want to move in before August or for the summer semester.
