Summer Subleaser!!

Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer at The Standard! It would be from around May 10-July 22. The apartment is fully furnished and you would have it completely to yourself. We have great amenities and are a 3 minute walk from Main Street and downtown and about a 10 minute walk from main campus It is a 4 person apartment but none of the roommates would be in town over the time period that you would be subleasing. Rent is $1095 a month plus utilities (for 4 people our utility bill is typically only $40 a month so it would def be cheap with just one person). There is a parking spot if you are interested but it is an additional cost ($130 a month). We have a lounge with a study room and golf simulator as well as a fully equipped gym and pool. The outside space by the pool has grills and plenty of comfortable seating. There is a parking garage attached to the building and a mailroom in the lobby. Please reach out with any questions!
