I will have a place here in the next couple weeks and will be looking for a roommate. Prefer a chill artsy/musician individual. Cats okay. Not particularly fond of having dogs in an apartment. Rent amount listed will cover all your costs. An application and admin fee will be due to the apartment complex for everyone interested. I dont have any control over that. Roommate will be listed as an allowed occupant unless you want to be on the lease and sign it with me.
