1250 for both or 625 each + utilities!

12 month lease preferred. Unfortunately my lovely roommates are having to move but to your benefit their space is becoming available! Upstairs bedrooms with ample sunlight, your own bathroom and living room. Shared spaces are the kitchen, laundry room, backyard and garage. Ample storage and privacy! Located only a 15 minute bike ride from old town and local shopping district, incredible location. Ideally I would love to rent to one person who wants use of both bedrooms upstairs, but would potentially consider two people if we all mesh well! (no couples though, sorry!). Pet friendly, dogs preferred over cats since I am allergic, but if we vibe really well and you clean up after them frequently, we can talk more.:) Must haves: I am a part of the lgbtq+ community, id love to live with another person who is lgbtq+, but would also consider a really sound ally who only hangs out with other allies. (Safety first!)
I am immuno compromised, so anyone must be vaccinated.
Clean, respectful and communicative.
I work a morning shift, so if you are a night owl/ work overnight, might not be the best fit! I'd love to actually be friends with my roommate and hang out sometimes! In the least we gotta be friendly in passing, lol. About me:
I am 27 years old and work from home 6am to 3pm, I am creative and love DiY, drawing, dancing-- you name it! I spend a lot of time at home playing games/reading/watching shows, but do really enjoy getting out and about as well. ***First months deposit due upon signing equivalent to first months rent.
