Living by myself is expensive

I’m looking for someone who needs a roommate. I’m from Virginia and moved out here last August for a job opportunity in an animal laboratory. Living by myself is nice; however, having a roommate will allow me to save a little money. My budget is $800 though I’m willing to go a little higher depending on the situation. I don’t have any pets or smoke and can bring furniture if needed (a couple of couches and a small kitchen table). I don’t go out much and like anime, movies, and going to the gym.
