Hey, my name is Deyona and I’m 23 years old. I'm just looking right now but plan on getting a place early 2027. I just need to save and like to be prepared, but I am a student working online and have a full-time job Mon-Friday. During weekdays I’m usually up 5am-5:30 and home around 1-2:30pm. I am reliable, consistent, and clean. As a mature adult, I am seeking the same for a roommate. Male or Female ONLY. I am more of a homebody and not very social, but do enjoy company from time to time. Feel free to message me if you’re interested and not looking for an immediate move-in.:)
I am hoping to have my own place by the beginning of the year, but if that doesn’t work out, I’d be looking for both a roommate and a room. I enjoy my own space, but with prices in today’s economy, that’s not really possible for me right now. My total monthly housing budget is $800 max, and I am flexible to work with a lower total. I’m looking for a roommate either to move in with me when the time comes or for me to move in with them—I'm browsing now just to line up my options!
