Home offers a beautiful/zen spacious interior and a comfortable average sized private room with 1 shared bathroom upstairs and an extra bath downstairs. I am a working mom with two 21/22 year old college kids and 2 dogs so home environment would need to maintain a peaceful, respectful, and family-oriented vibe. I am looking for a roommate who is low-key, quiet, a working professional with a steady routine, respectful of shared spaces and values cleanliness, does not smoke or host parties/gatherings, is comfortable and loves dogs, drama free environment.
