SUMMER 2026 SUBLEASE I will be home for the summer (early May through late August), so I am subleasing my 1x1 bedroom in a 2x2 apartment at Campus West. My roomate will also be gone this summer, so both rooms are available if you have a roomate already! Female student only. Rent is $850 with ALL utilities included, a bus route directly to campus every 15 minutes, walking trail that leads to Target, Vale, and CVS as well as campus in the opposite direction. The apartments are newly renovated and have a new gym, study building with independent study rooms, pool, volleyball court, and basketball court and is currently priced at $1029. I will HEAVILY discount May’s rent and I’m looking for someone to move in May 10th or sooner! There is no transfer fees or parking fees. Rent is $850 flat. Dm me if interested!
