The house has 1 shared bathroom, in unit coin-operated laundry, dishwasher, 1 driveway spot available, free on-street parking, and is close to a bus line. All utilities are included except electric and wifi. The other 3 renters are great: female, UVM rising seniors, academically minded, clean, all from out-of-state. The property management company doesn't allow pets.
