Looking to move September 1st

Hi there! My name is Gabriella (23). I currently live in Bed-Stuy and am looking to move out of my current apt September 1st. Would love to stay in BK, but am open to Queens. About me: I recently graduated last year from The New School where I studied Media/Writing, and have lived in BK throughout that time. I’ve had several roommates, so I know the drill. I’m currently a receptionist and do contract work for a small business, but my occupation is in flux. Happy to provide a guarantor of needed! But I anticipate to be in a different role soon. As far as roommates go, I’d highly prefer girls only, non-smokers, no pets, and relatively clean/chill. I’m pretty clean and do my chores in a timely manner, so I expect my roomies to do the same. I rarely have folks over, but I have a boyfriend whom I imagine will rarely stay the night. In my free time, I’ll hang out with him or friends, play video games, watch TV, or facetime my mom. I’m an introvert, but am down to chat and be friends. I’m also a scorpio if helps.
