I’m currently looking to rent a place after some recent life changes earlier this year. I want to be upfront that I do have a previous eviction on my record, but I’m financially prepared and able to pay rent consistently. I’m also set to begin a new job in May, and I’m committed to being a responsible and reliable tenant. I also have a cat and would like to bring him, but can do without if need be.
