$840 - Private Room for Rent

Susquehanna Trail Apartments in York, PA. Lease is July 11, 2026-July 31, 2027 (we are flexible on timing within that window). The unit is on the first floor. See for more details/pictures. You would be sharing the apartment with my brother and me (both mid 20s) and our dog but would have your own bed/bath/closet all attached. You would need to apply and join the lease. The place is super nice, all modern appliances, trash chute, ice maker, in unit washer/dryer, garbage disposal, mailroom inside the building, centralized A/C, 24 hour fitness center, pool under construction coming this summer, right next to I-83 and route 30 for easy commuting. Asking for $840/month ALL-INCLUSIVE. I will not bill you for any utilities, just $840 flat rate for each month you live there. Incredibly nice and cheap compared to a one bedroom/studio apartment in the area; just need to share the kitchen/living room with two very laid back people. All we ask is that you are a respectful person and not a smoker (and no kids, sorry). Also open to having two people join us, you would just need to share the second bedroom and we’d ask for $935/month combined. We are flexible to a shorter duration as well if you don’t want a full 12 month commitment, but definitely looking for someone to move in this summer (if you move in during or before August, we’ll give you the month of August FREE).
