Professional/ responsible roommate

I just moved into a 3 bedroom 2 bath
Casita style house with a small backyard in a new modern community. Has all the modern amenities anyone could possibly want. I am open to subleasing one of the bedrooms with it's own bathroom, would require first and last month's rent. The second option would be to submit an application to be put on the lease, if you know you would meet all the criteria to qualify. The rent includes cable which is direct tv, high-speed internet.
Water, valet trash and all amenity. The only bill you would pay would be the electric bill which we would split 50/50.
Must be a very responsible person financially with rent on time.. after a long hard day of work this would be an ideal home, if you are looking for a very nice place to live and value peace tranquility and personal safety this would be the place for you. please only serious inquiries...
