Looking for a housemate!

Hi! Looking to share a house with a responsible professional (30 years old +) in Melbourne or beachside. I’m a single mom of a 10 yr old. Work half the week from home. Not in a rush (preferably would love to move and settle in by mid/ end of summer). Will pay extra to take Master BR. Budget @ $1200-1300. Dog friendly. No cats. Do not drink but don’t care if you do! Don’t smoke, don’t care if you do, but must be outside. Prefer a community w a pool but not a deal breaker. No preference for M/F. Generally quiet and busy during the week, but have the occasional family or friend pop by occasionally.
