Half of Lease open August

Description

1200 square feet apartment, it’s a house rental but duplex so we are on the upper level. Shared space that is mostly furnished. It is a joint lease, meaning you won’t have a seperate lease. I have ledger history from 2 locations proving I have made payments on time. Screened in balcony, full kitchen, living room, basement for storage w working washer and dryer. Shared small backyard w garden. I pay 40$ for internet (you would pay half) and half of whatever electric bill runs per month, the bills are in my name. Single parking spot otherwise it’s street parking. I park in typically the same spot every day and have only been ticketed once. I am quiet, clean, and work/will be at the gym most of the time. I have one cat, unsure of the limits for the apartment but there have been as many as 4 in here at one time. I rent thru JMC. Would need new roommate by August.
