Looking for spring term sub-letters

Looking for spring term sub-letters (May-August) at a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment at Icon. Icon is a really nice spot for students and has a private gym, basketball court, sauna, movie theatre, and many study spots. Me and my roommates are 1100+utilities per month, however we are offering a significant discount to go down to 650 per month. Able to sublet to 1,2, or 3 people. Need to know by April 19
