It is a small room but the price is right. $400 a month or if you need to move in sometime during the middle of the month, $100 a week. Washer and dryer. Dishwasher. WiFi. Access to a media collection of thousands of movies, TV and anime. Close to Sea World, Northwest Vista College, Alamo Ranch, Dove Creek, HEB, Costco, Walmart and so much more. Will need to get a background check with the front office and added to the lease to ensure no previous evictions and to properly move in. I can provide all details to make this process smooth. Please no racists, homophobes etc. I do not have the energy to deal with you. Alcohol and drugs just cause problems so please do not bring that into the home (or please just be responsible with alcohol. I grew up around alcoholics and just do not have it in me to deal with it anymore). While I am 420 friendly, I cannot stand the smell of the smoke. Edibles or other alternatives would be up to you and I would not be opposed. Definitely looking to be friendly. I would love to have game and movie nights once in a while but of course it’s not necessary.
