Unfurnished room

Description

Hey there! We’re two cousins looking for a third roommate to share our quiet townhouse. We are on corner of foothill and Garey. The available room is unfurnished, and you’ll have full access to the kitchen, living room, and in-unit washer and dryer and outdoor patio.
It’s a share shower with one person, but you’ll have your own downstairs half-bath room for convenience.
The rental is until January. We plan to extend and you will have the option as well. utilities (internet, gas, water, and electricity) are split evenly among the roommates.
A bit about us — we both work full-time, enjoy cooking, relaxing with a good binge-watch, and mostly do our own thing. We’re easygoing, respectful, and like to keep a chill environment at home.
We also share the space with Aria, our friendly and quiet husky, so you’ll need to be comfortable living with a dog.
