Private Room for Rent

My name is Alyssa I am 24 and I am currently searching for a roommate for my new house. The house is in a nice, safe, and quiet neighborhood with a small community park. Easy freeway access to 95 freeway off wagon wheel. I’m searching for solely female roommates. The house has a large shared loft, as well as a generous sized living, dining, and kitchen area. In unit laundry and dryer, as well as a generous sized shared backyard. I have three dogs, one cat, as well as a handful of fish tanks. However I would prefer not to add additional animals to the house. Looking for move in between May-June, the monthly rent does not cover utilities. For any couples the rent will be slightly increased and utilities will be split three ways.
