Looking for a room in Little Italy

Hi! My name is Areesha, and I am an undergrad Accounting major at Roosevelt University. I am pretty chill, as long as there are some basic discussed boundaries that can help me and my roommates be comfortable in our environment. My hobbies include exploring new coffee shops, trying new restaurants, and watching movies and shows. I am not home a lot, and when I am I like to cook, clean, or just order food and study. I would prefer to have a roommate thats my age, 22. I don't mind having guests over whether min or yours as long as they are not unreasonably loud and clean up after themselves. Ideally I wnat in-unit laundry and some good sunlight.
