Female roommate to move in June 1!

I’m 27 and moving from Philly to Tampa to start my medical residency at Tampa General. I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing as a roommate, but also pretty social. Ideally I’d love to be friends with my roommates and actually hang out sometimes, whether that’s working out (yoga/gym/running), trying new restaurants, going out, or just doing something that gets us off our phones lol. I’m open to living with one or multiple roommates! No pets and I don’t smoke. My budget is around $1500 max, and I’m hoping to find a place in Hyde Park, Channelside, or Downtown.
