Description

Hi there! My friend and I (both females in college- early 20s) are looking for a third female roommate.
Home is a 3 bed 2 bath new double wide located on the reserve side of town near Costco.
Rent + utilities would be $1,000 a month 6 month lease, month to month after that Move in date as early as May 1
There is 3 car on- parking
The room show is the room available
The home will be partially furnished- furniture show is not current and more will be brought in through the summer into fall. The roommate would need to bring bed/mattress and furniture for their own room.
We already have a dog and for now would like to keep it at just one pet in the household.
