Looking for 3 roommates

Hello! We are currently looking for 3 roommates (preferably female CSUF students or working professionals) who are planning to move in around the first week of August. The apartment is a 2 bed / 2 bath unit located in Fullerton, CA, close to CSUF. The complex includes amenities such as a pool and gym, and the apartment comes with AC/heating, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Each bedroom will be shared by 2 people, so there will be 4 people total in the apartment. Monthly cost is around $800 per person, which already includes rent and utilities. Lease term is 12 months or longer.
There is also a $150 deposit and a $48 application fee. We’re preferably looking for people who are clean, respectful, and comfortable living in a shared space. Please message me if you’re interested or have any questions!
