A private room with its own bathroom will be available in June at Yauger Park Villas. The home is currently shared by two people — one of whom is active-duty Army and rarely home — making the space quiet and comfortable. I have two friendly cats, so this home is best suited for someone who is pet‑tolerant. If you’d like to visit the space, feel free to reach out.
