Looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible roommate to sharehh a peaceful 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse in a great central location.
The home is conveniently located right off the 51 and Indian School, directly across from Sprouts, about 7 minutes from Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and Fry’s, and just 5 minutes from the Biltmore area.
The available bedroom is on the second floor and gets great natural sunlight. The house is well-maintained, cozy, and designed to be a calm, comfortable environment. It’s also equipped with ADT security and a water softener. The AC is kept on year-round (typically 68 at night and 68–71 during the day) for comfort. $950/month all utilities included. $400 security deposit. Available April 2nd. ouse Rules (important):
• No drugs or smoking (strictly enforced)
• No bacon (allergy in the home)
• Shoes off inside
• Shared responsibility for keeping common areas clean
About the Roommates:
I work from home Monday through Friday during the day and am usually out in the evenings for jiu jitsu, salsa, or the gym. I value a clean, respectful living environment and am mindful of shared space.
The other roommate is a 30-year-old female who works from home part-time and travels often. She has a very sweet, well behaved dog.
