Looking for an entire place

Hi, I’m Jazsarae. I’m an all around creative, artist & entertainer. looking for something that is private, like an entire place or basement private entrance. Or at the very least, a spacious bedroom with private bathroom. Preferably under $1000. Looking to move in by the first of April.
