Looking For A Roommate May-August

My roommate is moving out, so I am looking for someone to fill her room (not a sublease but a short lease from May 1st to the end of August). The apartment is fully furnished. Expenses include your portion of rent ($1500), electric ($50-70 a month), and parking (I pay $175 for the garage across the street, valet is around $500 a month), and a deposit (your portion of first and last months rent, $3000). Building has a gym, rooftop pool, study rooms, steam room, and a sauna. Available room has its own bathroom and a floor to ceiling window with sunset views.
