Room for Rent

Description

Hi my name is Nick. I have 1 bedroom available for rent. The rent includes all utilities and internet. House comes with in-house laundry, a beautiful backyard with plenty of room for gardening, garage storage space (shared equally with all housemates). I currently share the house with three other friends, 4 of us total. (3 males, 1 female) We all are easy going and work a lot, so the house is very calm, quiet and clean the vast majority of the time. Room is unfurnished but I can furnish upon request.
