Searching for roommate!

Hi! We are in need of a fourth roommate to fill a vacancy in the lease for the upcoming academic year. The lease runs Aug 2026-Jul 2027. The room is private and living spaces, the kitchen, and bathroom are shared. There is an in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher as well as central heating and ac. Rent will be 605/mo with utilities ranging from 50-120/mo (upper end typically during only winter months when heating is on). Street parking is available (40 for the year).
