Hi, my name is Tatiana. I am a 26-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in Ashby. The monthly rent is $1000 and the lease can begin on the 15th or the 1st. Must be able to pass a background check or have TSA pre-check. Must also be able to provide 2-3 references. Room is on the second floor of the house and will NOT be furnished. Washer, dryer, and shower are also located on the second floor of the house. Room will be empty upon move in except for the a/c unit. This is a large house with a big fenced in backyard perfect for having fires in the fire pit, chilling outside, or gardening. The rest of the house is fully furnished, there’s 2 bathrooms (1 with a shower & bath), a large living room with a sectional couch, and a library/study space. There is a business attached to the house with a separate entrance but the business only operates 2-3 nights a week 5-9pm and on Sundays at 10am. No pets allowed (this is firm because of the dogs) and you must be ok with dogs as [REDACTED] First month’s rent and security deposit are due upfront. Security deposit is $500. Rent includes WiFi, heat, water, and electricity. Kitchen has a dishwasher and there is a washer and dryer on the second floor. Starting lease is for 6 months with the option to renew. Room is 14ft long and 12ft wide. The room has 2 closets and a bay window. Total square footage for the house is 3,978 sq ft and it sits on 2 acres of land. Located 15 mins from Fitchburg State, 45min from Worcester, and 20 mins from Mount Wachusett Community College. Looking for one person to rent the room. Cleaning of shared areas is divided amongst all roommates.
