Looking for Third Roommate

Hi! My name is Grace and I have a room available in my apartment that I think would be perfect for you. The lease is 1 year and starts May 27, though you can move in later than that. It is unfurnished, but we have all furniture for the common areas and you would only need to furnish your room. You would share a bathroom with me only. The location is behind West Town Mall, so really central and a nice place to live. The community is family-friendly and gated, and we are non-smokers. I am still in college, but my roommate has graduated and works in Knoxville. We are polite, quiet, and clean, and when we have friends over there are only a few at a time and they are very respectful.
